Vacation Rental Policy

Stokley Property Management manages properties that are privately owned and are furnished according to the owner’s standards. We require all vacationers to pay half of rental upfront to secure the property, and the rest upon arrival.

Security Deposit

A $300 security deposit is held in a "Trust" account until walkthrough completed and the property is left damage free. You will be notified of any damages, and the total will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In the event vacationer requests cancellation of this Agreement, vacationer shall send written notice to Stokley Property Management. vacationer will be in default by material breach and will not be entitled to reimbursement for any advance rent payment unless Premises are re-rented. If Premises are re-rented, a refund of advance rent will be made less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Stokley Property Management will try to re-rent to minimize losses.

Departure Cleaning

Departure cleaning is provided; however you are expected to remove the trash to an outside container, clean out the refrigerator and wash dishes prior to your departure.

Arrival & Departure

CHECK IN is at a designated time established before arrival at the location.
CHECK OUT is before 10:00AM.
