Our consultation services include upgrades, renovations, and the addition of amenities to insure increased value and maximum profits.
Property Management Services
Communication
Stokley Property Management minimizes potential problems with a direct line of communication between owner and tenant, and any other entity including homeowner’s associations.
Accounting
Timely and accurate financial reports with descriptive narratives are made available by the 15th day of the following month so investors know the performance of their properties. All security deposits are held in an escrow account and will be disbursed accordingly at the end of the leasing period. Monthly rents will be sent out on the 15th of every month or deposited into your account. Copies of all work orders and receipts are kept on file throughout the year. Our office retains original receipts.
Inspections
Inspections play an integral part in the management process at Stokley Property Management; drive-by inspections to evaluate the exterior of the property, first six week tenant inspection determines house keeping skills, move-in and move-out inspections conducted to ensure there is no damage to investor’s property, and to make appropriate deductions from security deposits.
Photography
Professional photographs expedite tenant turnaround as well as enhance the showcasing of rentals on various internet and paper advertisements.

Marketing
Stokley Property Management strives to maintain a competitive edge in marketing investment properties. Extensive internet advertising with the Multiple Listing Service, Craig’s list, and the local newspaper accelerates the search for a prospective tenant.
Tenants
Each prospective tenant passes through a detailed application process that involves, contacting current and past landlords, verification of employment, and credit and criminal background checks.
Contracts
All tenants sign the North Carolina Association of Realtors, Working with Real Estate Agents, Residential Rental Contract, and Maintenance Addendum.
Maintenance Service
Timely, competent maintenance protects your investment. We, respond quickly to tenant and owner maintenance request, recommend preventive maintenance, negotiate and manage contracted services, and provide a 24-hour emergency contact.
